Be a Little First Aid Hero!

Does your child love helping others? This exciting, hands-on first aid adventure is designed just for young learners! Through games, stories, and imaginative play, children will discover that learning first aid can be fun, empowering, and full of adventure.

The little heroes will learn how to:
- Call 911 and know when to ask for help.
- Share important personal information with emergency responders or adults.
- Check that a scene is safe before helping (fun songs of course to apply the learning).
- Show kindness and care to someone who is hurt; we may even sing songs to them...
- Clean and cover pretend cuts and scrapes with fun bandages and oodles of care and kindness.
- Learn to treat simple burns and call for help.
- Apply a super cute kid themed teddy bear sling and also and human sized sling (take home items).
- Listen to their own heartbeat and their friends' heartbeats using a real stethoscope!

The excitement continues as children become "First Aid Heroes" during playful rescue missions with teddy bears and dolls. They'll bandage boo-boos, apply slings, comfort their furry patients, and work together to solve fun emergency scenarios in a safe, encouraging environment.

Every child will leave with new skills, greater confidence, and a special take-home first aid keepsakes, including a cute sling and fun bandages, so they can continue playing and practicing at home.

This play centred class helps children build confidence, compassion, and problem-solving skills while discovering that even little hands can make a big difference!
