Detailed course description:

Give your child the tools to thrive! This six-week program is designed to help students recognize and strengthen their unique abilities. Focused on topics like positive self-talk, making healthy choices, building resilience, handling peer pressure, respecting self/others, dealing with bullying, learning from mistakes, and more. Empower your child with confidence! Parents/guardians will participate in the program for the final 15 minutes of each class to actively engage in the learning process with their child. We will review the content and set a plan in motion for consistent skill practice throughout the week. Please note: Children under six cannot be registered in this course.
