Detailed course description:

Students will participate in discussions, activities, and role-playing to develop positive strategies for recognizing, controlling, and expressing their anger. They’ll learn to identify personal triggers, understand the effects of anger, and explore healthy ways to express it, building an essential life skill for emotional well-being. A favorite class - REALLY! Parents/guardians will participate in the program for the final 15 minutes of each class to actively engage in the learning process with their child. We will review the content and set a plan in motion for consistent skill practice throughout the week. Please note: Children under six cannot be registered in this course.
